Job Description
The Process Coordinator will optimize and oversee operational workflows, monitor performance KPIs, and ensure compliance with company procedures. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, document and maintain standard operating procedures, identify and implement process improvements, and prepare clear reports for management.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in operations or process management
- Proficient in Excel and process-mapping tools
- Strong organizational skills, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and a continuous-improvement mindset
