We are seeking a Process Associate for our Recoveries/Collection team in Pune, Bengaluru, or Gurgaon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of customers transferred to recoveries.
- Communicate effectively in English via email, chat, and phone.
- Negotiate repayment strategies for debts.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.
- Adhere to conduct policies and service level agreements.
Qualifications: Bachelor of Commerce, with 3-6 years of experience for Associate positions and 5-10 years for Lead roles.
