Job Description
RealPage, Inc. is seeking a motivated Process Associate to handle daily invoice processing utilizing the Nexus tool within Simple Bills. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering critical invoices, maintaining data accuracy, and adhering to production and quality standards in a dynamic environment. Effective communication of any discrepancies to supervisors is essential.
Qualifications include a graduate degree or equivalent experience, with a preference for coursework in accounting. Candidates should possess 1-2 years of experience in invoice processing and at least 1 year in general accounting functions, particularly in Accounts Payable. Familiarity with basic financial reporting operations is highly desirable.
