Job Description
Overview: The Operations-TOPS-Process Associate role is a vital part of the Ops department at Prodapt. This position is dedicated to ensuring the effective operation of tools and processes in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), while also recommending improvements for enhanced operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities involve maintaining tool uptime, creating essential documentation, collaborating with clients, and proposing process transformations. The ideal candidate will engage with SMEs and Project Managers during critical situations to drive success.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree is required, along with 0-3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a background in Telecom are essential. A degree in IT or Computer Science is a plus.
