Job Description
Logan IT Inc. is looking for a highly motivated Process Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our clients in the United States. Your responsibilities include interacting with clients, managing client support processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, excellent command of English, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with a pay range of ₹15,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month, scheduled from Monday to Friday during the night shift.
