Job Description

HTI Manpower Outsourcing is seeking a Process Associate to join our Airlines and Aviation BPO team. In this role, you will provide outstanding customer support for flight bookings, cancellations, and inquiries. Your responsibilities will include resolving complaints, sharing flight information, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

We prefer candidates with a minimum of HSC or graduate qualifications and prior experience in customer service. Excellent communication skills in English and strong problem-solving abilities are mandatory.

This position features various shift timings, from 8 AM to 5 PM and rotational night shifts, with competitive compensation ranging from ₹20,00 to ₹25,00. Additionally, you will benefit from health insurance, training programs, and a supportive work environment.
