Digital Orbis Creators LLP is seeking a motivated Process Associate to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore. Ideal candidates should be fluent in Hindi, with a diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred. We welcome fresh graduates with 0-2 years of experience to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries in Telugu and Kannada.
- Accurately manage data and assist in client communications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Maintain detailed records to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Required Skills: Proficiency in Hindi, excellent communication skills, basic computer literacy, strong problem-solving capabilities, and effective time management.
This position requires working hours from 9 AM to 6 PM, offering a competitive salary of ₹10,00 – ₹18,00 per month.
