Job Description

Career Comfort invites applications for Process Associate positions on an inbound US healthcare voice process at Salt Lake, Sector 5, Kolkata. This is a full-time, permanent, work-from-office role (night shift) with a 5-day workweek (Mon–Fri) and weekends off (Sat & Sun).

• Salary: ₹13,800–₹19,00 (based on experience)
• Benefits: cab drop, subsidized meals, PF & ESI, attendance allowance ₹1,00/month, travel allowance ₹1,800/month (if no free cab), annual bonus up to ₹15,00
• No sales or targets; immediate joining preferred
