Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Priority Transaction Banking Counsellor to join our team at Kotak Mahindra. In this crucial position, you will be responsible for meeting FX revenue targets for your designated area. Your primary tasks include increasing wallet share from existing clients, onboarding new customers, and promoting digital engagement through comprehensive CMS solutions and online trade options. Additionally, you will act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries related to Trade, Forex, and Transaction Banking. This role also entails organizing and leading training sessions on Trade and Forex products, as well as hosting webinars to drive TFX and CMS business growth.
