1. Teaching basic skills
- Reading, writing, and speaking
- Basic mathematics

2. Child development
- Support emotional, social, and moral development
- Build confidence and curiosity
- Encourage good habits and discipline
3. Creating a safe learning environment
- Make the classroom friendly, inclusive, and secure
- Ensure every child feels valued and respected
4. Lesson planning & delivery
- Plan age-appropriate lessons and activities
- Use stories, games, songs, and visuals to make learning fun
5. Assessment & feedback
- Observe progress through classwork and simple tests
- Give constructive feedback to students and parents
6. Classroom management
- Maintain discipline with care and fairness
- Manage time, behavior, and classroom routines
7. Communication
- Regularly interact with parents/guardians
- Work with other teachers and school staff
