Job Description
Petals Pre School is in search of enthusiastic and dedicated Preschool Teachers with exceptional communication abilities. Ideal candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree and have completed at least six months of a Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) program or an equivalent teaching qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute engaging learning activities.
- Maintain a balance between logical reasoning and social skills development.
- Assess children’s performance and engage in regular communication with parents.
- Encourage positive interactions among students.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a Preschool Teacher.
- In-depth knowledge of child development principles.
- Creative, patient, and genuinely passionate about nurturing children.
Salary: ₹14,00 – ₹16,00 per month
