Job Description
Estate Vault Realty, a boutique luxury real estate advisory in Pune, seeks a full-time on-site Pre-Sales Executive (0–2 years) to manage inbound/outbound calls, qualify and nurture leads, coordinate site visits, maintain CRM, and meet conversion targets. The role supports HNIs, NRIs, and institutional clients across premium residential and commercial projects.
- Requirements: Graduate (Real Estate/Marketing preferred), prior inside real estate pre-sales experience, fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi, with strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Technical: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
