Bisco Ultimate is looking for a dedicated Powder Coating Supervisor to manage the powder coating operations, ensuring that coatings are applied efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This position requires leadership skills to oversee a team of operators, allocate work orders effectively, and maintain equipment, all while adhering to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of operators.
- Schedule and prioritize work orders to meet production targets.
- Operate and perform maintenance on powder coating equipment.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards in coating thickness and uniformity.
- Train new technicians on processes and safety practices.
- Diagnose and coordinate necessary equipment repairs.
