Key responsibilities include managing integrations between POS systems and loyalty programs to ensure seamless transactions, troubleshooting hardware and network connectivity issues, and performing regular software upgrades to maintain data integrity. Additionally, candidates will document resolutions to enhance issue resolution processes and assist in testing new functionalities.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in L2 POS support is required.
