Job Description
We seek a Plumbing and Firefighting Draughtsman for the MEP department with 2–5 years’ experience at Buildcrown MEP Services Consultant, Sector 11, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai. Full-time permanent role, salary ₹35,00–₹40,00/month, on-site. Responsibilities include preparing detailed plumbing and firefighting shop drawings, coordinating with design engineers, producing as-built revisions, ensuring code and project compliance, performing site verification, and maintaining drawing registers. Required: strong AutoCAD (2D), basic Revit MEP preferred, knowledge of piping layouts, CP/STP/WTP and hydrant/sprinkler/pump room systems. Good communication, coordination, teamwork, and deadline management are essential.
