Job Description

As an Operator Trainee at K M Naturals, you will support senior operators in monitoring, controlling, and maintaining industrial plant machinery. This full-time, in-person role provides hands-on training in equipment operation, safety inspections, basic maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, minor repairs), sample collection, and accurate recording of operational data. Trainees will adhere to rigorous safety and quality procedures while developing the technical skills necessary to operate the plant independently.
