Job Description

Concentrix seeks a detail-oriented Planning & Scheduling Associate to develop and maintain project schedules, coordinate resources, monitor progress, and update plans to meet milestones. You will support project managers by preparing baseline and recovery schedules, tracking KPIs, producing status reports, and facilitating meetings to resolve constraints.

  • Requirements: Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 1–3 years’ experience with MS Project or Primavera.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills; keen attention to detail; ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, collaborative team player encouraged to apply.
