Job Description
Join Lighthouse Communities Foundation (LCF) as a Placement Youth Coordinator. Your role will involve:
- Identifying placement opportunities for students.
- Coordinating interviews between students and companies.
- Gathering and assessing feedback from students post-interview.
- Building connections with youth to address their concerns.
- Maintaining comprehensive placement records.
- Collaborating with the Placement Manager on new job openings.
- Supporting team members as needed.
Preferred qualifications: Any graduation degree, strong communication skills in Odia and Hindi, proficiency in MS Office, and a genuine commitment to youth development.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹18,00.00/month
