Job Description
Responsible for accurately maintaining online Batch Manufacturing Records, equipment cleaning logs, and daily checklists while strictly following SOPs. Execute production batches according to the production schedule and direction from the person in charge.
- Verify raw material quantities and packaging integrity prior to batch start.
- Ensure equipment is prepared and operating per procedures and process requirements.
- Report any deviations in process, procedure, or safety immediately to the appropriate authority.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderly condition of work area and equipment.
- Coordinate with Engineering, QC, QA, Warehouse, R&D, AR&D, Technical Services, and Safety to meet operational needs.
