Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director at our Coimbatore Office. The ideal candidate should be male with 0 to 5 years of experience and must hold a UG degree.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the MD’s appointments and meetings.
- Organize daily agendas and correspondence.
- Facilitate communication between the MD and stakeholders.
- Plan domestic and international travel, including itineraries.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and ensure the professionalism of documents.
Job Details: Full-time, Permanent; Salary: ₹25,00.00 – ₹28,00.00/month; Day Shift.
