Job Description
Green Start Jobs is seeking a dedicated, customer-focused Personal Banker to join our retail banking team in Luxettipet. The incumbent will build strong customer relationships, provide tailored financial solutions, and uphold exceptional customer service standards.
- Acquire new Current and Savings Accounts (CASA) and generate qualified leads
- Cross-sell banking products, address customer inquiries, and achieve sales targets
- Work collaboratively with the team to improve customer experience
Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in banking or sales, excellent communication skills, and a sales-driven mindset. Preferred: prior CASA sales experience and fluency in Tamil and English.
