Job Summary: We are seeking a diligent Assistant Officer / Personal Banker to assist customers with their financial needs, manage accounts, and process transactions. This position demands a keen attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard new members and provide comprehensive explanations of our services.
- Open and oversee member accounts efficiently.
- Process a variety of financial transactions while promoting our financial products.
- Assist members with their loan applications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Business.
- 0–2 years of experience in a financial institution is preferred.
