Job Description
Green Start Jobs is seeking a results-oriented Personal Banker (CASA) based in Narasaraopet. The role focuses on acquiring CASA customers through field sales, referrals, and branch walk-ins; generating leads and conversions; cross-selling savings accounts, credit cards, loans, insurance, and investment products; resolving customer inquiries; meeting sales and acquisition targets; maintaining product knowledge; and ensuring KYC/AML compliance.
- Requirements: 1–3 years in banking, financial services, or sales; strong interpersonal and communication skills; a sales-driven mindset; solid knowledge of the local market.
- Preferred: prior CASA sales experience and fluency in Telugu and English.
