Job Description
Green Start Jobs seeks a dynamic Personal Banker – CASA to join its retail team. The role requires acquiring new current and savings account customers through field sales, referrals, and branch walk-ins; generating and following up on open-market leads; cross-selling deposit, card, loan, insurance, and investment products; addressing customer inquiries professionally; and meeting individual and branch targets while ensuring up-to-date product knowledge and strict KYC/AML compliance.
- Experience: 1–3 years in banking, financial services, or sales.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and target-driven sales skills.
- Familiarity with the local market; CASA sales experience preferred.
