- Organizing daily schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
- Preparing for meetings and accurately recording minutes.
- Making travel arrangements and managing calendars.
- Coordinating with the internal team as the point of contact.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications, especially Excel.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Good drafting skills.
