Job Description
Oracura Solutions Pvt Ltd in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai is hiring an in-person Performance Marketing Manager with 3–5 years of hands-on experience. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube; monitoring ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPM, and conversions; analyzing GA4 data; collaborating on landing pages and funnel optimization; and ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Required: Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Preferred: SEO and CRM/marketing automation exposure.
- Employment: Full-time; salary ₹40,00–50,00/month; Provident Fund benefit.
