Job Description
Future Tech Career Fixx LLP seeks a Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Snapchat, and YouTube (Google Ads). The role focuses on lead quality, conversions, and ROI.
- Develop and scale Lead Gen, Traffic, Conversion, and Brand Awareness campaigns.
- Build Custom, Lookalike, and Retargeting audiences; run A/B tests on creatives, copy, and placements.
- Monitor CPL, CPC, CPA, CTR, and ROAS; analyze lead quality and maintain reports in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Requirements: 1–3 years experience (2 years preferred) in performance marketing, strong Meta Ads Manager skills; Snapchat/YouTube experience a plus. Must be target-driven with strong communication.
- Full-time, permanent, in-person in Greater Noida. Salary: ₹15,00–₹41,382.61/month.
