Job Description
We seek a Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize high-ROI campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn for e‑commerce and lead generation. The ideal candidate must have proven success managing monthly spends greater than INR 200,00 per client, handling 4–5 accounts concurrently, analyzing and reporting performance, and justifying optimizations with data. Responsibilities include contributing creative ad copy and maintaining a strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and best practices. Experience in D2C, Fashion, and Real Estate is preferred.
