Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Paid Media Lead to plan, launch, and optimize end-to-end campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Responsibilities include audience strategy, budget allocation, and bidding management; continuous monitoring of CPA, ROAS, and conversions; and conducting A/B tests on creatives, audience segments, and landing pages. The role requires close collaboration with content and design teams and regular reporting using Google Analytics and Looker Studio. The ideal candidate will proactively identify and evaluate new growth channels to scale performance.
