Job Description
We invite you to join our team as a People and Performance Associate at INTERVAL INDIVIDUAL TUITION CONCEPT. In this role, you will assess and enhance employee performance through the utilization of tools such as Zoho PMS and Skill-Will Mapping. Key responsibilities include developing Performance Improvement Plans, facilitating performance reviews, and collaborating effectively with department heads to drive organizational success.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from ₹15,00 to ₹20,00 per month, along with additional benefits including reimbursement for mobile phone and internet expenses, as well as provided meals.
Located in Malappuram, Kerala, candidates must be willing to commute or relocate. Preferred qualifications include at least one year of experience with Performance Management Systems and proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
