Job Description
We are looking for a talented Pega CDH (Customer Decision Hub) Developer with 3 to 6 years of experience in Pega platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with CDH modules, including Next-Best-Action (NBA), Adaptive Decisioning, and Strategy Design. Essential skills include developing decision strategies, integrating external data through REST APIs, and configuring customer profiles.
Experience with tools such as Value Finder, Customer Profile Designer, and Pega Campaigns will be an advantage. A valid Pega CSA/CSSA or Decisioning Consultant certification is preferred. Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills are crucial for success in this role.
