Job Description:
- Oversee comprehensive payroll operations, including salary processing and final settlements.
- Ensure punctual submission of Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), and professional tax obligations.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and liaise with auditors as necessary.
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Utilize payroll software to generate regular reports for management review.
