Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payments Reconciliation Specialist to ensure accurate daily settlement of payment transactions. You will reconcile payments, identify and investigate variances with banks and payment gateways, post necessary adjustments, and maintain precise ledger records. The role includes preparing routine reconciliation reports and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies within tight deadlines.
Qualifications: 1–2 years of payments or finance experience, strong proficiency in Excel and accounting systems, excellent analytical skills, and clear written and verbal communication.
