Job Description
Freshworks Technologies Private Limited is looking for a committed Payment Processor to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing mortgage payment issues, providing ongoing training for our staff, and ensuring precise daily cashiering operations.
- Review lockbox mortgage payments that require additional analysis.
- Perform weekly quality audits of cash postings.
- Oversee the research and correction of unapplied cash transactions.
This is a full-time, permanent position ideal for recent graduates. The salary ranges from ₹18,455.00 to ₹28,755.00 monthly, with benefits including a Provident Fund and performance-based bonuses. Day shifts are available.
Requirements
