Job Description
Botnia is seeking a Pattern Master to create precise patterns and develop high-quality samples for new collections. In this full-time, in-person role based in Krishna Nagar, Delhi, you will translate design concepts into production-ready patterns, ensure accurate fit, silhouette and garment construction, and refine design details to align with the creative vision. Reliable commute or relocation is preferred. Salary: ₹30,00–₹38,00 per month.
- Minimum 3 years’ pattern design experience
- Strong technical skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in sample making, pattern grading, and fit evaluation
