Job Description
Experience: Freshers to 6 years
Location: Kamanahalli
Notice Period: Immediate Joining / 15 Days
Roles and Responsibilities:
- 60% call handling, 40% personal interaction.
- Inbound and outbound call management.
- Dispensing medicines and patient management.
- Acting as an intermediary between patients and doctors.
- Assisting the Patient Care Manager.
- Engaging with patients and collecting references.
- Handling additional clinic responsibilities and follow-up calls.
Clinic Hours: Monday – Friday: 11 AM to 8 PM, Saturday – Sunday: 10 AM to 9 PM
1 weekly off between Monday to Friday (fixed).
