Job Description
Tracona Solutions LLP, an established ortho and rehab hospital located in Pattom, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle incoming and outgoing customer calls, address inquiries, and effectively explain our services. Responsibilities also include scheduling appointments and ensuring follow-up until the customer arrives for their visit.
Qualifications include: strong computer skills; proficiency in English and Malayalam; excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities; capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; and previous telesales experience is a plus.
