Job Description
Star Hospitals, located in Nanakramguda, is seeking a dedicated Patient Relation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will coordinate activities on the hospital floor, ensuring a seamless experience for patients and their attendants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient requirements with staff.
- Guide patients through admission and discharge.
- Brief patients about services and follow-up.
- Interact with the insurance cell for settlements.
- Ensure patient safety and maintain protocols.

Pay: ₹22,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
