Job Description
Kasukurthi Healthcare Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated and empathetic Patient Counsellor to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this pivotal role, you will facilitate communication between patients and hospital services, ensuring that they receive the highest quality of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Positioned at designated hospitals or clinics.
- Addressing patient concerns and providing effective counselling.
- Promoting healthcare programs to patients in OPD, Wards, and IPD.
- Scheduling demonstration appointments and visiting patients.
- Updating physicians on patient developments.
- Collaborating with doctors on patient outreach sessions and camps.
Location: Mumbai, Hyderabad, Delhi
Qualifications: BSc in Nursing, Food Science & Nutrition, Social Work, or Psychology, with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: ₹15,00 – ₹25,00 per month
