Job Description
Dr. Agarwal’s Eye Hospital is seeking a dedicated Patient Counselor to join our team. In this crucial role, you will provide guidance to patients based on physician evaluations, collaborate with consultants regarding surgical procedures, and clearly explain procedure tariffs. Your responsibilities will also encompass preparing detailed counselor reports, managing insurance pre-authorization, and verifying documents for credit billing.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from ₹25,00.00 to ₹35,00.00 per month, along with benefits that include health insurance, paid sick leave, and a Provident Fund.
