Job Description

Life Force Homeopathy invites applications for a Front Office Executive / Patient Care Counselor at its Mumbai branches. The role is full-time and in-person, suitable for freshers.

• Responsibilities: greet and register patients, manage appointments and phone inquiries, provide information on services, fees and directions, resolve customer concerns, and handle front-desk administration.
• Requirements: presentable appearance, female preferred, strong English communication, adaptable, quick learner, and professional grooming.
• Working hours: Tue–Sat 11:00 AM–8:00 PM; Sun 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; weekly off on Monday.
