Job Description
Rusan Medisys Private Limited is seeking a qualified Patient Care Advocate to join our team. A minimum of 1 year of experience in the customer care industry, preferably in a U.S. process, is mandatory. Candidates with exceptional communication skills in accounts receivable are also encouraged to apply.
The role involves handling inbound and outbound U.S. patient calls, addressing inquiries, and maintaining detailed notes in patient accounts. Candidates must be ready to work in U.S. shifts, with immediate joiners preferred.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,00.00 – ₹50,00.00 per month
