Job Description

Zenmed Solutions Private Limited is currently looking for a Patient Caller. We are interested in hiring a male candidate who has 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.

Job Location: Chennai

Domain: US Healthcare – Medical Billing

Shift Timing: Night Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Engaging with Insurance Companies on behalf of Doctors to check claim status.
• Following up on outstanding claims and payments.
• Analyzing rejected claims.
• Ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Experience in Insurance Eligibility Verification is a plus.
