Job Description

Are you an enthusiastic baker with a flair for creating exquisite pastries? Earth Cafe is on the lookout for a skilled Pastry Chef to become part of our dynamic team. In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

• Crafting and decorating a variety of pastries, cakes, tarts, and breads
• Developing innovative recipes and contributing creative ideas to our menu
• Maintaining food safety standards, cleanliness, and effective ingredient management
• Recruiting and training kitchen personnel

This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive monthly salary ranging from ₹25,00.00 to ₹40,00.00. Benefits include complimentary meals and rotational shifts, along with overtime pay and annual bonuses.
