Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Packaging Supervisor to lead our packaging operations. In this role, you will ensure the efficient and timely packaging of products while maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality standards. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Supervising packaging processes and training operators.
- Managing inventory levels and collaborating with procurement.
- Coordinating with production and logistics to meet operational goals.
- Generating and maintaining comprehensive packaging reports.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency.
This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for both experienced professionals and fresh graduates.
Compensation ranges from ₹18,455.00 to ₹28,755.00 per month, with additional benefits such as a Provident Fund and performance bonuses. Work schedules include day shifts, morning shifts, and rotational shifts.
