Job Description
We are seeking a passionate Outreach Coordinator to engage and mobilize youth from underserved communities in Pune. This position focuses on building trust within the community, promoting our comprehensive skilling programs, and providing guidance to youth throughout their journey with Lighthouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships with youth and families in slum areas.
- Enhance awareness of Lighthouse programs and initiatives.
- Facilitate enrolment while maintaining ongoing connections with participants.
- Conduct home visits and work in partnership with local stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of safety and inclusivity at Lighthouse.
Location: Yerwada/Kondhwa/Gokhalenagar/Warje/Janta Vasahat/Wanowrie
Salary: ₹25,00 – ₹32,00 per month
