Job Description

LCF (Lighthouse Communities Foundation) is seeking an Outreach Coordinator to engage youth from slum communities. Key responsibilities include promoting the program, ensuring enrollment, and providing ongoing support. The ideal candidate will have an MSW or post-graduation degree, with 3-5 years of mobilization experience, preferably in skilling.

Required skills: computer literacy in MS Office and GIS mapping, strong communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi, and a commitment to youth development. Salary: ₹25,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month, with benefits.
