Job Description
Nals Outdoors is seeking an Outdoor Trainer/Facilitator to lead leadership development through our outbound training programs. In this role, you will design and implement engaging team-building activities for students, faculty, and corporate groups. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of outbound training experience, a strong passion for outdoor adventures, and excellent communication skills in English. Proficiency in Tamil and Hindi is advantageous. Responsibilities also include ensuring safety supervision and performing general administrative tasks. This position is located in Nilgiris, Tamil Nadu, with travel to nearby states. Please note, candidates who smoke or consume alcohol will not be considered. A lack of outbound training experience will lead to disqualification.
