Job Description
We are seeking an Outbound Telesales Executive to join SWASTIK PAPER MACHINERY. The successful candidate will align with company culture, manage daily telesales activities, convert inbound leads, and consistently meet monthly sales targets. This is a full-time, permanent role in Sales & Business Development focusing on enterprise and B2B sales.
- Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience in industrial equipment or machine tools preferred
- Any graduate may apply
- Salary: ₹5,00–₹15,00/month plus attractive incentives per conversion and cell phone reimbursement
