Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated OTC Assistant to join our team at Veedol Corporation Limited. The ideal candidate will handle the Order to Cash (OTC) process, including:
- Processing customer orders, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
- Coordinating with sales, finance, and warehouse teams.
- Addressing customer queries, complaints, and feedback.
- Ensuring timely resolution and maintaining service records.
- Managing inbound/outbound shipments and delivery schedules.
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Pay: ₹24,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
Work Location: In person
